I had the pleasure of working with Berenice Denton Estate Sales in September. I needed a quick turnaround to get everything done before closing, and I had no experience with estate sales. I reached out to three companies, shared my situation and timeline, and got three very different responses. One couldn't meet my timeline. One just emailed asking me to get back to them. Berenice Denton's team replied, called the very next day, and had people ready to do a walkthrough at my convenience.

The best part was that everything happened exactly as they said it would. They explained the process, did the walkthrough, set the timeline, and answered all of my questions. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, and it felt like having family there helping me. Moving is stressful, but I never had to worry about the sale, donating what was left, moving the items I wanted to keep, or cleaning out afterward. The sale exceeded my expectations on every front, and I wouldn't consider anyone else. They are professional and personal, and the service and results are elite.
